Why are your items so cheap? 
Our products are shipped direct from Australia/New Zealand in bulk in which we are then able to pass down the savings in providing a lower price for you. In addition, we do not have a physical retail store and that added additional cost savings.

What are the shipping fee charges? 
For local Singapore delivery, we offer a flat rate of $1.49 for all purchase below $50. For orders above $50, shipping fee will be free!

How long does it take for delivery? 
For local Singapore delivery, we will ship via tracked parcels and usually takes 3-4 working days.

Do you ship overseas? 
Yes! Please refer to checkout page for the shipping fee charges for your location.

What if I change my mind after ordering? 
No problem! Just drop us a message at sales@vitahauz.com and we will do what we can to cancel your order if it has not been shipped out.
